Vicki Lynn Hamilton

August 3, 1955 - January 15, 2022

Vicki Lynn Zajac Hamilton, 66, of Bryan went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday January 15th. She departed peacefully in her sleep in the company of family. Vicki was born August 3rd 1955 in Detroit, Michigan to Bazyli Zajac and Margie Tapp. She was one of three children. She met her future husband and love of her life, Billy Eugene Hamilton, while he was being treated for a bad back and flirting with his nurse. After setting him straight they were married on June 25th 1976 in Bryan, TX at the Church of the Nazarene. Of this union came two children, Korey Eileen and Lee Zajac. Vicki loved the Lord and always found ways to serve Him in daily life. Most recently she served as the librarian for First Baptist Church of College Station. She loved the water, reading, singing, dancing, and was a gifted artist. More than anything she loved to care for others and treated everyone like family. Her family is grateful for the love and guidance she offered, and the forgiveness and mercy she gave without being asked. Vicki is preceded in death by her parents, Bazyli Zajac and Margie Tapp, and one grandchild, Simon-Peter. She is survived by: her husband Billy; her children, Korey and her husband Mark, Lee and his wife Destiny; her grandchildren, Brooke and her husband Jeremy, Rachael and her husband Mason, Madison, Abigail, Matthew, Joshua, Daniel, Kierston, Allyson, Russell, Gideon, and Ezekiel; her siblings Linda and Carlton. A memorial will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 11am at First Baptist Church College Station.
