Mary Annabeth Ramsey

Mary Annabeth Ramsey, age 74 of Rockdale, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at her home in Rockdale. Visitation will be at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be at Apostolic Church in Rockdale on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Barry Methvin officiating. Burial in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Rockdale. Mary was born July 5, 1947 in Elgin, Texas to Herbert V. and Ethel Lue (Pettit) Wilson. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Apostolic Faith Church. Mary was a nurturer, taking care of everyone, always there when she was needed and very loving. She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Ethel Lue Wilson; brother, Herbert G. Wilson; grandson, Colton Ray Mauldin, nephew, Sam Scott Wilson and special friend, Peggy Lock. Surviving is daughter, Michelle L. Ramsey of Rockdale; son, Herbert L. Ramsey of Lexington; two grandchildren, Chance Fritsche and Garrett Ramsey; niece, Georgia Wilson of Willis; nephew, John Wilson of New Caney, numerous great nieces and nephews and special friends, Bobbie and Kitty Woods. Pallbearers are Nathan Craig, Tyler Craig, Ron Caywood, Kirkland Downey, Chance Fritsche and Wesley Parker. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Gaye Bland, 963 N.
