Charles J. Servantez, age 72 of Rockdale, passed away Friday, December 25, 2020 in Lubbock. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale with Pastor Barry Methvin and Marlon Sparks officiating. Burial in the Garza Family Cemetery near Rockdale. Visitation is 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 1, 2021 at the funeral home. Charles was born June 9, 1948 in Rockdale to Lester and Mary Cruz (Garza) Servantez. He worked as a mechanic for I.G.C./T.U. Electric and Luminate in Rockdale. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Mary Servantez. Surviving are, sons, Charles James Servantez of Dalhart, and Heath Servantez of Rockdale, Lorne Servantez of Spearman, Chancey Servantez of Spearmen, and Kelcey Servantez of Rockdale; Daughter Brandi Howell of Booker; Brother, Lionel Servantez of Rockdale; Sisters, Diane Servantez of Huffman and Brenda Myers of Maryville, Tennessee and 15 grandchildren.
